Copper foil tape

Copper tape is a kind of metal tape, which is mainly used for electromagnetic shielding, split signal shielding and magnetic signal shielding. The electrical signal shielding mainly relies on the excellent electrical conductivity of copper itself, while the magnetic shielding requires the rubber surface of copper foil tape. The conductive material "nickel" is used for magnetic shielding and is therefore widely used in mobile phones, notebook computers and other digital products. Copper foil has a low surface oxygen property and can be attached to a variety of different substrates, such as metals, insulating materials, etc., and has a wide temperature range. Mainly used in electromagnetic shielding and antistatic high temperature resistant tape, the conductive copper foil is placed on the substrate surface, combined with the metal substrate, has excellent conductivity, and provides electromagnetic shielding effect. Can be divided into: self-adhesive copper foil, double-lead copper foil, single-lead copper foil, double-sided double-lead copper foil.

The difference between double-lead copper foil tape and single-lead copper foil tape:

The double-lead copper foil tape has a conductive acrylic adhesive on one side and conductive properties on both sides; the single-lead copper foil tape has a non-conductive acrylic adhesive on one side, and the adhesive surface has no conductive property. It can be identified mainly from the following two aspects:

1. Appearance: double-lead copper foil tape, the back surface contains fine particles (metal particles, which act as conductive), which is slightly uneven; the single-lead copper foil backing surface has no fine particles, and is flat;

The purity is higher than 99.95%. Its function is to eliminate electromagnetic (EMI) interference, to isolate the electromagnetic wave from harming the human body, and to avoid the need for voltage and current to affect the function. Use

2. Imported aluminum foil tape is mainly used for the wrapping of cold (hot) gas pipelines, generally used for cold (warm) gas projects and water heater manufacturers.
