Electronic nonwovens are also known as nonwovens. Refers to a layer of fibers consisting of a certain direction or a random arrangement, or a fabric that is interwoven with a yarn by mechanical hooks without the need for conventional spinning, weaving or knitting processes by interlacing, stitching or chemical or thermal bonding. Compared with other clothing materials, non-woven fabrics have short production processes, high output, low cost, wide application of fibers, excellent product performance, wide use and other advantages. Electronic nonwovens have developed rapidly and have become an emerging industry, and are increasingly used in various fields of the apparel industry.
According to the composition and molding method of the fiber web, the structure of the nonwoven fabric can be divided into the following categories:
1. Electronic non-woven fabric, fibrous network structure
(1) The fiber bonding method is to lay the short fibers into a laminated fiber web, and to form a cloth by overlapping or intersecting the fibers themselves and by bonding the fibers together in the transverse direction. These include adhesive bonding and hot melt bonding.
A. Adhesive bonding means fixing a fiber layer with a synthetic resin or a synthetic fiber binder, curing the fiber network and bonding it into a non-separable nonwoven fabric. Depending on the type of the adhesive and the processing method, it can be classified into a structure such as point bonding, film bonding, block bonding, and partial bonding. This type of nonwoven fabric has good breathability but feels very hard and is often used in wall coverings and disposable products.
B. Hot melt bonding refers to the prior addition of hot melt fibers to a fiber network. When the overlapping web passes through the hot calender, the hot melt fibers in the rolling spot or the area where the rolled particles act are melted to produce a reinforcing effect, thereby bonding other fibers. This non-woven fabric is suitable for making winter clothing fillings, bedding and filter cloths with good filtration properties, elasticity and bulkiness, as well as good breathability and moisture absorption. (2) The bonded nonwoven fabric of the intertwined fibers means that the appropriate webs are overlapped by a certain means (such as needle punching, sewing, etc.) to make the fibers intertwined well, and a nonwoven fabric similar to the felt knot is produced. According to the action mode, it can be divided into acupuncture method, spray method, spunbond method and weaving method.
A. Needle-punched nonwoven fabric consists of thousands of crochet needles with special structure. The fiber web is repeatedly moved up and down to make the whole fiber web into a dense felt-like non-woven fabric, which are entangled and entangled with each other. This product is widely used in geotextiles, bed blankets, filter materials, needle felts and artificial leather fabrics.
B. The non-woven fabric using the spray net method is also called a non-woven fabric, and the needle-free method is adopted. It uses a lot of very strong current to shoot into the fiber web and fix it into a cloth. It has higher strength, full hand and good permeability, suitable for garment lining, shoulder pads, etc.
C. Spunbonding method: When the synthetic fiber solution of the non-woven fabric is extruded from the spinning head into a filament, the generated static electricity and high-pressure airflow are used to cause the fiber to randomly fall onto the metal curtain and then non-woven by the heating roller. The cloth is made by heat setting. Spunbond nonwovens are breathable and water permeable and are widely used in agricultural and animal insulation materials.
D. Stitched nonwoven fabric refers to a multi-needle compact nonwoven fabric that passes through a multi-needle sewing machine on a randomly arranged web. The appearance and performance of this fabric is similar to that of traditional clothing materials, and it is widely used in apparel fabrics and artificial fur fabrics, cotton linters and the like. 2222.jpg
2. Yarn lining sewing structure non-woven fabric
(1) Yarn layer - a nonwoven fabric having a linear stitching yarn and a woven yarn having warp and weft yarns, and a flat warp yarn structure to reinforce the yarn layer. The fabric is both organic and knitted, with good dimensional stability and high strength, suitable for outer fabrics.
(2) Yarn layer - The loop stitch woven non-woven fabric, the weft yarns overlap to form a network, and the woven chain structure formed by the stitched y is strengthened.
